Owner, Billy Soots, is the master craftsman. Licensed as a General Contractor since 1978, Billy knows how to do things the right way first.

Additional Information
Vice President, Cathy Blair, brings extensive management skills to the team, including accounting and finance, marketing and sales, real estate management, retail management, human resources, motivational speaking and training.
Lead Carpenter, Bernie Loerzel, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry for commercial and residential. With that experience, Bernie brings excellent customer service through years of experience.
Lead Carpenter, Al Carter, has over 30 years of experience in residential building and construction. He is a qualified leader in the industry and is excellent in customer service.
The entire management team demonstrates a positive attitude and work ethic. They’ll treat your home or business like their own.
